We have done projects in Pennsylvania and other states for the past five years with several contractors. This project required ALL PRO USA to document the street and residences along the proposed path of the project to expand the pre-existing trail. The street that we had to cover was Morton Road in Upper Saint Clair in Allegheny County.

The focus of the video was to document the road surface, sidewalks, curbs, culverts, retaining walls, utilities and landscaping along the proposed construction path for the project that A. Merante Contracting Inc. was undertaking. ALL PRO USA documented each section of the project in a logical manner using a Three man team. By documenting the project in this way the contractor has a cohesive package that can be watched from start to finish to see all of the areas within the limits of disturbance or jump to a particular residence or intersection along the proposed path.
The Project that A. Merante was undertaking was the expansion of a walking trail in Upper Saint Clair which is a part of Allegheny County. With this being a residential area with some traffic traveling through it safety was a top priority for the team. Each of us had high vis vests and hats on, we were not required to wear hardhats but they were readily available in the truck. To document the area we used our truck mounted camera, DJI Mavic 2 drone, as well as state of the art Cannon DSLR Cameras and Nikon Mirrorless Cameras.
This project also required pre-construction photography to go along with the pre-construction video that we shot. We thoroughly documented all residences along Morton Road to ensure proper coverage for the contractor. The team took careful detail to ensure that the photos were taken in a way that made it easily identifiable of where the photographer was standing. In addition to photographing the images in this way they were labeled by residence number and street name to make it easy for the contractor to view them. This allows the contractor quick reference of any image that would pertain to a particular residence should they be needed.
