Lincoln Square, Manhattan, New York City, Movie Theater
Post-Construction Photography
March 2019

This particular project did not require progress videography or construction videography. We have done projects in Manhattan, New York City and other states for the past five years with several contractors including G. Holdings LLC. and The Dermot Company. Notable projects that ALL PRO USA has worked on in Manhattan include video for the Rubin Museum and The Buchanan Building. This project required ALL PRO USA to document an AMC movie theater after the contractor had made renovations to the existing building. We were asked to capture different elements of the theater for the contractor. These included exterior shots of the entrances of the theaters, concession stands, and other various decor and fixtures installed by the contractor.

ALL PRO USA has been repeatedly contracted by this contractor to document AMC Theaters in Pompano, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Buffalo, New York. This specific theater was located in the borough of Manhattan. The team from ALL PRO USA that took on this project utilized state of the art DSLR cameras to capture the pictures required by the contractor.

Across N.Y.C with a focus on Manhattan, ALL PRO USA is the contractor's choice for Construction and Pre Construction Video and Photography including Road Videos, Aerial Drone Coverage and Progress Video of Worksites.

We have recently completed projects for the Rubin Museum and the Buchanan Building in Manhattan.

As photographers we face to big challenges when undertaking these types of jobs. The first is we only have a few short hours to capture all of the pictures that are required by the contractor. This requires both speed and accuracy as we move through the project and get the shots that we need. This is all taking place while theater staff is mobilizing for the day to get the doors open for business. This means that communication is key to ensure that shots are not compromised by equipment or people being in the shots. The other challenge that we face is lighting in the theater. We utilize flashes, other light sources, and HDR Photography to ensure proper lighting to make sure we get the best shot possible. The focus of the photography for this project was to capture all aspects of the theater and the screening rooms housed inside of it. The contractor asked us to showcase all of the seating, screens, entrances to the screening room, lobby, concessions and exteriors of the theater. ALL PRO USA documented and organized the photos in a logical manner so that the contractor could quickly find a particular image should they need it. We categorized the images be screen number and exterior shots to make them easily reviewable.
